  I made a purchase from the store April1, 2015 for four charging cables. Around April 12, 2015 the gray cable seem to have a short and would not charge my son note 3 or my other son the htc. The store is approximately 125 miles from my home. On April 29, 2015 I attempted to return the gray cable my sell representative was Alexis Espinoza, who stated no problem I will exchange your defective cable for a new one. Then the district manager ask them to text it and of course as in most cases with electronic it was working. I them stated to the manager it was a short sometimes it would work. I explained to him how far I drove to exchange the defective product he would not exchange the cable.i then stated I purchased four accessories from your store on April 1, 2015 and the gray cable does not work. I then contacted corporate who could not resolved my problem. So I urged and strongly recommend not to use that kiosk location.
