  It’s a great place to be! There are many stores in this one big mall. I enjoy the American Girl Store. I love going there! I like the “Auntie Pretzel” Shop... well more of a stand and less of a Shop. I like the Candle Shop too. There are many sweet smelling candles. It’s nice to just be there. It’s a wonderful place to shop! I can’t wait until my next time there!

  Their security system and fraud handling are totally suck!!! My card information was stolen and used for $4854.8 in this store! My card is with me, and I’ve never travelled in the US before! I don’t understand how that thief can use my card information in this store! And why the store didn’t check their identification!!?? I contacted the store, and they said they can’t pull up any records except the amount of charge because my card is third party credit card. They can’t provide the transaction time, the item(s) of that purchase, etc. They just keep saying “sorry, nothing we can do”! That’s RIDICULOUS!!!! A big chain store like this doesn’t have record for each single transaction?! I won’t believe in this!! For your own sake, DO NOT SHOP IN THIS STORE OR NORDSTROM ANYMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I went in with my bridesmaids to try on a few dresses before we ordered it online. The woman who helped us was SO rude. She was snappy and it just seemed as if she wanted us out of there. I believe this is because they work based on comission. The lack of professionalism was disappointing . I was really not happy with the way we were treated and I would not go back again.
