  Easily had one of the best customer service experiences here. It was similar to the service at LL Bean and that's saying something. Purchased an Eddie Bauer jacket several years ago and the zipper broke. Apparently it's not made anymore and I checked every site I would've trusted. Even my tailor couldn't get one. The manager, I believe, walked me through the return process and pointed me in the direction of a similar type of jacket. She was extremely nice. I was able to trade in my old jacket (for its current value) and got a new one. I've been here several other times and have been impressed with the selection and personnel, even when they have a holiday crush of customers. They definitely have a customer for life.
