Jennifer N., the recently hired manager helped us out during our recent visit to David Yurman's store at Tyson's Galleria and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was a complete delight and truly went above and beyond in order to help us with a repair I thought was hopeless. I now have my sparkling diamonds back brighter than ever, when just a few short weeks ago I almost threw my ring out altogether! I would hire Jennifer myself if I could. I went there to have my ring resized. The lady there was not friendly and basically cold like I asked her to do something so unwillingly. I assume this is a luxury business. Not just give me a large piece of paper as a receipt. At least I would have it folded in an envelope at Tiffany .
